I'm trying to appeal a disabled profile. The Manage Appeals tool gets stuck, after choosing the business, it says "No Info Found", "tool has no moderated content to appeal". Anyone ever seen this?

Also, tried to contact help but it won't let me do that either, it gets stuck on the Contact Options tab, with a warning sign and link to the EXACT SAME Appeal Tool

I saw someone on the help forums having the same problem a few days ago, no answers. Some type of bug???

Did you get anywhere with this? I have the same issue and it seems we are not alone with many posts online about it. No one on the GBP forum responds to queries about this issue.
 
@Positiveim - First, this might be a sign that there is a problem with one of the users on the profile. Check them for restrictions as follows:

1.) Open an incognito/private browser window
2.) Go to Account settings: Your browser is not supported.
3.) Log in with the email you use to manage the Business Profile
4.) Look for a warning message
5.) Close the incognito/private window
6.) Repeat for each user of the Business Profile

Next, the support team is supposed to be able to help with this error. Contact support using this form: Sign in - Google Accounts

If the support team doesn't solve the problem, create a post in the community forum and be sure to include the Case ID from your communication with support.
 
Thanks @Stefan Somborac but I just end back where is started, There is no access restriction. I manage several locations for this business and several other GBPs with the same account and no other location has an issue.

OR, if your attempts to reach the support team are a dead end, try to capture that with a few screenshots and include those in your community post instead of the Case ID that you can't get.

we gave up and created a new profile
