Do you think there is an advantage to claim multi location businesses with their specific webpage as the url, or just the main domain?

In other words, what is better for a multi location biz when claiming a directory listing?

You should use Specific Webpage URL, same URL shall be used with rel publisher to connect it to your Google+ Local Page
