When our client clicks on the link from his phone or laptop to verify his listing, he is taken to a qr code. He scans it and comes back to the screen to click Verify.
We checked that he is logged in with the correct account.
We added a 2nd email address to the listing and tried to verify with that address. Same result.
When I click on the link to Verify, it works.
I am in a different city so can't just pop over to help him.
Any suggestions?
