We recently starting working with a HVAC company. In the process of getting access to their GBP we noticed something strange. When we log in to the back end of GBP Dashboard for them the GBP listing has one address, but when you click on it the listing opens up in search with a different address. The address showing in search being the one we want but we have no idea what this is occurring? Anyone who has thoughts, or help on this topic we would appreciate it! Also, if it showing the correct address in search should be try and update the address on the backend in the GBP to get things uniform or just leave well enough alone. Thanks.
 
Solution
There have been some bugs with NMX recently so that is one possibility. It's hard to say without looking at the specific example. You might want to contact GBP support before going in and changing the address on the backend just in case something is borked.
