Hey everyone! I have run into a unique situation with a client and I am hoping to get some guidance on what to do.
My client is a restaurant that is located within an airport. The client has attempted to complete a video verification but will get stuck in processing followed by Google requesting additional documentation to support. We have documentation for this location however, the address that would be on the Google listing does not align with the documentation. (documentation says the airport location, while listing says the exact address of the listing). We've been stuck in a loop on this.
Does anyone have any best practices/recommendation on how to get this client verified? Are there other documents that have worked for you?
