Company name is in CAPS-suspended

This company I help uses a company name in all CAPS, and I just found out that it is forbidden on GMB. All their marketing material shows the name in all CAPS, but finally got to the bottom of a partial suspension, resubmitting now with name revised.

Do all their paperwork like your DBA and utilities use the same ALL CAPS name?

Some, not all. since their appeal was denied, I had to open a new support ticket around Name Change (everytime I tired to resubmit a second appeal I was just redirected to the Help page) I just got an email back, Profile support wont help because the Profile is suspended. How do we resubmit an appeal? This name in CAPS is the only thing we can find issue with after we corrected hours and https on the Profile and submitted the appeal, and were denied.

How do we resubmit an appeal?

If you already use the re appeal form (https://support.google.com/business/contact/local_appeals), your next option is to have someone to escalate the case, for example the GBP community forum
