Competitor with Fake Location!

So we have a competitor who has a fake business with fake google reviews located in Minneapolis - even though they are an hour away. I have submitted the google form a month ago but nothing was done. The fake name does not have the appropriate licenses listed on the website. How do I get them removed?

You can try posting a thread over at the official Google business profile forum. You'll need to provide the case ID from the redressal form.

Depending on the nature of the keyword stuffing Google may or may not take action.
