Departments in Knowledge Panel

Hi everyone

How does Google determine Departments showing in the knowledge panel. We have a health related client who has these showing on a listing we manage. Some of the "departments" listed are pages we manage with same address. However, some of them are on a completely different street and/or pages we DONT manage. Pulling example below for reference but this is NOT our client

They're pulled in algorithmically so I believe Google likely looks at multiple fields. There is also a back-end feature that connects the listings that you can either have added or removed. If you find one you want to get rid of (unconnect it), just contact GMB support and they should be able to do that.
