Hello,
I am doing some research for one of my customer's competition and came across a page that looks like it is grossly spamming the description area.

Why is this acceptable? Or is it un-acceptable and they just haven't been dinged yet? I would really just like to have a better understanding of this format, any additional feedback on optimizing this field would be greatly appreciated too, currently using a pretty brief overview of the business without using any typical SEO factors: city, state, phone number, multiple keywords etc. And this listing looks to be thriving using all of those

Can someone please help me make sense of all of this

Hey Ray,

Yes, agree that's pretty spammy. Just a matter of time.

As I recently said in another thread:

Do you see listings that have excessive KW repetition and still rank? Yes.

Are there speeders on the road that the law has not caught up with yet? Yes.

If you have a spammy description or speed, will you eventually get caught? Probably.
