Different Access Visibilities

Hi, has anyone been in a situation where the agency and client are looking at the same profile in the dashboard but the accesses look different on both sides?
For example our email doesn't show up on their side as having access and vice versa but we're looking at the same listing.

Are you using Business groups? If so, the email would not show on the user access section, the Business group name would show.
