Districts in UK Address

Hi, I have a UK client NAP that includes a district. However, Google doesn't seem to recognise (or perhaps doesn't like) including the district in this address. If I enter it in GMB it ignores it. The Google Small Business team added it manually and again it just got dropped.

How important is district to the NAP? Some citation sources don't allow me to enter it anyway.

If I had some citation sources including district and some not, does that count as an inconsistent NAP?
