A client has two locations and a customer posted the identical bad review to both locations. Any suggestions as to which reason I should give when flagging the duplicate? Too bad Google doesn't allow any kind of explanation, you just have to pick a reason and hope that they can figure it out :-(

Use either conflict of interest or not for this business. Honestly, you just need to flag it to start the process. Next week contact Google support to request them to look into both reviews.
