When building citations for our clients, our process is to do this manually. Ideally, we obtain a domain-level email from the client specifically for this purpose so that we have the logins/access to verify emails and claim listings.

If the client cannot provide us with a domain-level email, we will create a Gmail specifically for that client's citation-building efforts and share the logins with them so that they will also have access to update at any point if need be.

I'm not too sure about any additional email service providers that would be best to use for citation building, but @Blake Denman or @Greg Gifford might be able to provide some insights.
