We have one client who ALWAYS gets the option to verify their listings via email, phone or video verification. Other clients (who are in separate dashboards) do not get the email option

Is this just random that one has it and the others don't OR is there a reason the one client has it? Its so much easier for us because many of our partners use phone trees so phone calls/texts do not work

From what I can gather, the verification options are based on how much trust Google has about the account and the business and business location. The higher the trust, the more often you should see the email option.
 
Colan, that is interesting. So if someone is trying to create or verify a listing, then it might be worth having an trusted account to verify or create it?

What do you think are the factors for a "trusted" account? Then what are the factors are for a trusted business? Would love to hear your thought on this.

For instance, if you had a new business, would you create all of your citations on other platforms and include data aggregators first? Etc.

I'm not 100% sure. I would guess the account itself is a small factor. I think the primary category is taken into consideration. I think the address and prominence of the business is taken into consideration as well.

are they based in the US? how long have they been in business? you mind telling us what niche they are in?
