Emoji in Business Name?

Has anyone ever seen or used an emoji in a business name before? I found a business that added a checkmark and it's a pretty eye catching move. Just surprised Google allowed it. I'm new here, so I'm not sure if it's ok to link, and I have no affiliation with the business so I'm pasting a screenshot

Emojis in the business name looks cool but is against the guidelines. I don't recommend doing it.

That's what I thought, and I like it too. Not sure how they got that published

Not so long ago, Google made a mass update of profiles removing emojis from names, it was a yellow card not to use them, now it can be suspensions.
