I'm wondering if mentioning neighborhoods could help rankings in general, not just for direct neighborhood searches.

If you think like Google, only a legit business really located there would know or care enough to mention the neighborhood they are in or surrounding neighborhoods they serve.


So I wonder if it is a type of location trust signal?


Any success stories or case studies to report?
