Finding Deleted GBPs ?

Hi All - Is this even possible??

A good friend of mine has been ripped off a by a bad builder losing many thousands of dollars. I am using my tech skills to try and find this builder who has virtually disappeared. One thing I thought of is trying to find the old GBP/GMB listing of the builder along with the reviews. The builder has recently deleted his GBP.

Does anyone know if there is any way to use an archive or other portal where we can find old GBP profiles?

If the builder had a website, you may try way back machine. Hope it helps.
