Flagged reviews not showing the review management tool

I have flagged multiple reviews for many locations recently and never see the option to check the status of a reported review anymore.

All I see is the option to report a new review.

Any ideas?

@Stevester - Short answer: it's a bug!

Flag the reviews. If they are not removed, and the tool doesn't let you appeal, create a thread in the community forum with links to the reviews. A Product Expert may be willing to escalate them.

I've been seeing this issue, too.

Never appear in the Google GUI
Never get any e-mails they were submitted or received
Never get removed

Tried the community forum and it was a dead end.

Seems like there HAS to be a better way

This tool rarely works!!! Google has received countless complaints about and appears unable to either fix it or give a darn.

It's just so frustrating to have, for example, disguntled emplyees absolutely trashing a client's business for unrelated things, and there's nothing to say to the client except ...

"We'll submit it but I wouldn't hold your breath."

Or to have to air dirty, untrue, laundry out on a public forum and hope some volunteers see it. (In my expericne this method rarely gets results, either.)

Why can't they give trusted agencies the ability to do that?

It just baffles the mind.
