I've run into a new problem: A customer had a bad experience, and by all appearances, set up 7 Google accounts to write 1-star reviews on a single listing. Google only gives the following options when flagging a review:

-This post contains hateful, violent, or inappropriate content
-This post contains advertising or spam
-Off-topic
-This post contains conflicts of interest

Since no individual post necessarily meets these exact standards (maybe spam?) and there is no text field to explain the problem...what is the best practice here?

I would flag the reviews as spam, and then contact support and explain the situation. If the reviews are all within a very short period of time, and the profiles all show that this is the only activity, support may help you.
