We've started seeing an increase in access requests for GBPs to move a listing into our agency account being rendered as "Obsolete" since the beginning of the month. We've tried as both Owner (when getting a client's listing away from an old email/marketing company/etc.) and Manager (when a client self-controls their listing and lets us on) and both seem to be having similar issues.
I've tried testing various non-agency Google accounts as a control, and they are also being rendered obsolete so it isn't something specific to the agency account. Some listings do go through on alternate logins (even sub-logins to the same agency account that only have access to 1 or 2 Location Groups), however, while some do not, so it seems to be completely random with the exception of a few listings that we simply can't get an access request to trigger for at all in any account—Golden Rose Florist from my screenshot being one such example.
Does anybody have any clue as to what could be going on, or have you seen similar issues? I checked a colleague of mine's agency account also; seems like the first "obsolete" request triggered on April 4th, and we've been seeing it more frequently since April 8th. I haven't spoken to Google Support yet on account of being almost certain they would misunderstand the issue and simply link me to the "how to request access..." steps on the Google support page.
