GBP call history - Any solutions?

Hi All,

We are a service area business and reporting on GBP calls has always been one of our top priorities. With Google saying that the call history will be gone as of the 31st of July, we were wondering if there are any possible solutions to report on future GBP calls.

look up call logging services? It's a pretty common service offered by dozens of company.

We use call tracking services, typically call rail or call tracking metrics.

Call History is going away, not reporting on calls in general. I'd recommend a call tracking line to be more precise, but Google will still report on a Call Metric in GBP Insights. The trending of that number will still provide value in terms of improvement or not.

I recommend call tracking as well. I use CallRail and I think it works well.
