GBP Categories stripped

Does anyone have any experience using Chatmeter? Today, our team noticed a bunch of our GMB profiles had all the categories removed.

And we suspect it is due to a Chatmeter issue since all the profiles affected by this were added to Chatmeter while the GMB profiles that are fine were not added to Chatmeter.
