My client has opened up a few Google Business Profile locations and we make sure we follow the Google guidelines each time we set one up. They rent a legit office suite in a building that is not a regus or virtual space. They actually sign a contract with a leasing agent and move stuff into the office and have at least one staff member there every day.

The one that was recently set up is in a space where there are a bunch of other lawyers and it got suspended. We even submitted a video and it went live for a bit, then got suspended a month later. I've tried reinstating multiple times and am getting nowhere and I don't know why because I give all the documents Google wants and they keep telling us we're not following the guidelines. I've gone through this process before and gotten reinstated, but this time seems different.

Also, after submitting documents multiple times Google says to reach out to their specialist team by asking for additional help. Each time I do this I get an automated message basically saying they can't help and it's similar to a case ID I recently submitted. If I then go back to the original thread, it tells me to ask for more help and I do then it again says the inquiry sounds similar to a different case ID so it's basically a loop after they deny the documents I send them.

Any advice here would be greatly appreciated and thanks to all who have helped me in the past on this forum.
