GBP / Maps Rank Tracker with customizable pin locations

Hey Local Search Marketers!

A while ago, I saw in an ad, or sponsoring an expo or something, somewhere in the messy middle, a software like Local Falcon that did GBP rankings, but where you could individually place all the pins to your exact liking.

Do you know what tool allows you to do that? I have a company with a very specific service area, and they are looking to place the pins in those specific spots, and Local Falcon is just giving them the grid (although it does allow them to turn off specific data points, the setting are just not customizable enough for their liking).

You can do it using Places Scout. They have the best data out of everyone. It's not the prettiest map, but it works for what I need.
