GBP Products appearing then not appearing

In the last few days I've noticed GBP Products being visible and then, today and on another occastion, not being visible. Is anyone else seeing this and if so, know what it's about? Thanks!

What categories are you seeing this for? Are you looking at the knowledge panel view, or when they are listed in the local pack?

@JoyHawkins When I do a desktop search for a particular business by name (in Google), I am getting different results in the knowledge panel:

Chrome - I am typically seeing Q&As (for some businesses) and Posts
Chrome (incognito) - Products and Posts, but no Q&As
Firefox - Products and Posts, but no Q&As
Explorer - no Products, Posts, or Q&As

But in the Finder, I see all three items in all three browsers. It just seems a bit odd.
