Has anyone else experienced products remaining in “Pending” status?

We recently added several products, and they are normally approved within a few minutes. However, it has now been over a week, and they are still showing as pending.

We submitted a support ticket and were initially told to wait 24–48 hours. After that timeframe passed, we were advised to allow additional time.

Is this a known bug, or is there a possibility that Google is phasing out the Products feature?

Lots of accounts are experiencing this. I have seen several posts about it on social and blogs. Last I cheeked, Google has not released an official statement about it.

My theory is that Google is finally coming down on accounts listing "services" as "products".
All the sample images on the posts I saw all showed "services" listed with pending status inside the Product section. Accounts with actual Products didn't have this issue that I can see.

A lot of the "pending" items I saw earlier this week are now completely gone. And the "Edit Products" button is also gone on many accounts.

I guess the better question is- Are there any accounts with real products experiencing this issue, or just services listed as products?
