Hi, we were told one of our listings was suspended for a policy violation (new profile). I tried an appeal with business registration, license, utility and lease and it was denied. In the response for the appeal google said "A Google Account associated with this Business Profile is not in good standing. Business Profiles associated with that account have been suspended." These accounts on this location are on other locations that have good standings and are live. I also went https://myaccount.google.com/ and had each account checked under security and nothing stood out. Not sure how to proceed. They don't have any API's set up either.
Thank you!

One of the email addresses added as an owner or manager was blacklisted by Google. You need to figure out which email address it is and removed.

When we had that happen three years ago, the user in question was showing unusually in the "People and access" section: a barred grey user icon (similar to the icon used for GBP groups, but grey and barred) instead of a photo or a letter on a random colored background.

We haven't had another case since, so it's possible google has changed the display since or doesn't differentiate anymore.

Hi, thank you for the insight but I'm not seeing that. It must have changed.

Have you checked every account to confirm that ALL listings attached to the accounts are in good standing? If one of the accounts has even one listing suspended, that could affect your ability to verify new locations with that account.

If you have checked all accounts and none of them have even one suspension, I would take one of these two routes:

1. Attempt another appeal: Create a Google sheet that lists every user account associated with the new business profile, all other listings associated with each account, and the standing of each listing. Submit another appeal with Google, include a message/letter stating that you thoroughly examined all accounts and attach the sheet as proof.

2. Process of elimination: If you don't get a response from Google, or they turn down your additional appeal without telling you which account is associated with a suspension, I would start the process of elimination–removing one profile at a time until that error is resolved, and then add back alll the accounts that were in the clear.

How many users are associated with the new Business Profile?

Hi Grace, thanks for your response! We have other suspensions in our account but they're all in good standing. We have 3 users and checked all 3 of the emails. However, after the first appeal was denied we were told that it's now a quality guideline violation.
