GBP Suspended For Quality Guidelines

Hi, so we have two separate businesses. This suspended GBP has two businesses at the same address. . One is the corporate office (HQ) for the franchise and we have another listing that is the actual local roofer. This suspended listing google business is labeled corporate office. We have separate signage, phone numbers, employees and work area for the companies. We were also told after our first appeal that an account that had access to our listing was suspicious so we removed the accounts on that had access. I looked over the listing and found nothing in there that would be against policy violation. This is the corporate office building where we do our trainings for new employees. I've sent documents that show we are our own entity here at our location and that we pay our own bill, taxes, and are registered and licensed

I posted in the GBP Help Forum and it looks like someone used chatgpt to give me a generic response on how to make an appeal. I was thinking maybe if I can get a video of the two offices it can help my appeal but policy violation might be beyond that. Any help is appreciated thank you!

Does the corporate office do face-to-face business with customers at the location? It sounds like it's only used for training employees based on what you described. What is the purpose of the corporate listing? Why do they want a profile for it?

Hi, thank you for the quick response! They have a showroom as well where people could come in and see the products they offer but is mostly used by their network to get hands on experience installing product.

I think they might have prior to the suspension in terms of secondary categories but I made sure to only have corporate office for the appeals and moving forward.

Yeah so it should technically get appealed but I can see how Google thinks it's not allowed. It's not a very common scenario. You should be able to submit a second appeal here.
