GMB Business Multi Location question

I have a client Suttons Motors Group Used Cars, New Cars, Demo Cars, Sydney Contact Us - Suttons Motors Group Sydney - Established and Managed by the Sutton family

These locations house multiple car brands under 1 roof.

Currently they have existing g+ business pages

Eg the Suttons City Holden location may have a hyundai, nissan and toyota dealer (under 1 roof)

Would it make more sense to do Brand+Location listings for each brand that is under that roof?
or Would it make more sense to do 1 listing eg for Suttons City Holden and optimise for each brand of car that they sell ?

Car dealers can be tricky.

You posted under G+ page and you are asking about pages.

But I want to be sure I'm clear before I answer...

You are not asking about Place pages AKA G+ Local pages at all - the ones that rank and have reviews? You are only talking about social business brand pages???
