GMB changing Business Name

Has anyone had GMB change their Business name lately? One of our client's name was changed.
They took the city name off (Orlando). The city is part of his professional business name.
The client is a physician and they have also disabled his practitioner account.
Any suggestions on how to handle this?

Sounds like someone used the suggest an edit feature to edit the name and possibly reported it as spam.

Whether it was a user reporting it as I think it probably was, or something automated from Google, if the profile is disabled you need to fill out a reinstatement request.
