GMB Listing for Temporary Address

New health club opening. A month before the main doors open they will have a temporary "show room" to demo equipment and services and to sell memberships. It will have regular hours and be staffed. This temporary location will be in the same retail strip, essentially next door to the eventual permanent address.

I'm leaning toward setting up the listing with the temporary address and dealing with changing it a month later. What would you do?

Will the temp. location have the same ph# and business name as the real location once it opens? If that's the case, yes I would create the listing and just update the address to the location next store once it opens.

Yes. Biz name and phone stay the same.
