Although volume and adoption of GMB Chat might be low today, that is changing. And I've argued elsewhere that chat performance could well become a ranking factor as spam in listings, reviews, etc. saps their potency. I think LSF would be ahead of the curve to start addressing this topic as anything GMB already tends to fall to marketers and SEOs to advise our clients/organizations on.
