For the last 2-3 months, our company has had a lot of issues with actually getting postcards delivered to our client's physical locations. Many of them require this and only allow a postcard (very few instances allow a phone verification). This is not an address issue, it's been happening with lots of our clients that don't have suite numbers and get mail very easily. Anyone found any resolution?
 
Hi Hannah, this is a on-and-off-again issue and has various reasons for happening. I would contact GMB support or post a thread at the GMB Community asking someone to take a look at it.
