Anybody ever seen a Q&A answered by "Google via Phone Call"

Solution
Google already makes automated calls to verify GBP data, like addresses, work hours...etc. This isn't a big step from what they already do and is a quick/easy way to get the FAQs answered. I haven't seen it before, but seems legit.
I think that is a Google Account from someone and just name themselves "Google Via Phone Call". Like a rando person. I don't think that's from Google support or whatever.

You think this random person answered 24k Q&A and did nothing else? You don't think this is AI calling and doing this?

It's possibly an AI. But I don't think it has something to do with calling.

I think they created an account and called it "Google Via Phone Call" to make it look legit. And used it to answer Q&A. As for why they would do it - that is the question.

I wouldn't be surprised if that was the case either. There's also been a setting on profiles for a long time now, and maybe Google has started using AI more.

If this is the case, I'm pretty sure that's 100% a violation of Google ToS.
