Google Asking for a Utility Bill to Verify Business

Google is asking me for a utility bill to verify a client's business. They are a therapist in Manhattan, NY. They have a legit office that they go to every day. It is not virtual.

Their utilities are included in their rent, so they do not have a separate utility bill. Does anyone else know what else we can submit to get verified? Thank you for any help in advance.

If it is included in their rent, it should be specified on their lease then? Provide them with the lease?
Or the business license.
