Has anyone else run into Google blocking or disabling the "Reply to reviews" button on Google Business Profile? It looks like a fairly widespread issue right now, not isolated to one listing. The button that normally lets you respond to customer reviews is greyed out / non-functional, which is a big problem since timely review responses matter for customer trust and reputation management.

Would appreciate hearing if others are experiencing the same thing, any workarounds you've found, or word from Google/support on a fix.
 
This is a known issue. You can reply via mobile and via the API.
