Google Does its part in the degredation of the legal profession

When I do a search for "memphis disability lawyer" I get this related question: "Who is the best disability attorney in the United States?" A stupid and deceptive question from the start, but google could serve up a helpful article on how to choose a quality lawyer rather than buying into this mindless "who is the best" crap.

But in fact, Google crowns Frank Darras, whoever that is, as the answer. He is not even in Memphis: he is in Ontario, California.

Why did Google deem Frank Darras the nation's best disability lawyer? Well of course - because he said so on his page:

"Frank N. Darras and his team of top-rated long-term disability attorneys have litigated and resolved more individual and group ERISA bad faith long-term disability insurance delays, denials, and terminations than any other lawyer or law firm in the United States. He is indeed America’s top-ranked disability lawyer."

Sickening.
