Google Flipped Address Post Reinstatement & Immediate Suspension

Hi, our client was updating their addresses and flipped the 2 new addresses for their locations.
It caused a suspension and I added the correct addresses. after a month one listing went back up but the other was denied. I submitted another appeal and the next day the listing was reinstated via a support thread email but then immediately suspended but the address was the old address before I had changed it. I think either:
1) the wrong team flipped the listing back on
2) the old wrong address is somehow in the data still and when it got reinstated it populated

has anyone dealt with something like this?

option 2 mayb the reason cause it happened to me before. when my client change their location to a new address where the same category business is located it was suspended.

It's the third time the client has been reinstated and then the address flipped and it became suspended right after

mayb there is a problem in you GMB profile. you should check it out. maybe a picture that violates the rules or the website seems only online based. anything can be reason. you should check everything from zero

Hi, it's been reinstated 3 times already I think the profile is fine but the address has been flipped

Just to be sure everyone is on the same page: You mean that Google is unilaterally altering the address post-verification and then suspending the profile because of address variation?

Correct! It literally is an endless loop and I've sent them screenshots. When I submit the appeal it has one address and then I get an email the listing was appealed and then immediately it says listing is suspended and has the address that caused the violation which is NOT the same one that was on the profile when I submitted the appeal.
