Google Listings being stuck in "Pending Review"

Hey all,

So far today, almost all of our business listings (about 80%) that we have made a change to/claimed/updated info on/etc. have gone into "pending review" and seem to be stuck in it temporarily. Some have been stuck for up to 4-4.5 hours.

This does happen from time to time on listings of course, but for it to be a consistent theme suddenly for our listings when most listings have been getting out of pending in 2-3 page refreshes lately is a little strange.

I'm just a little concerned about this given all the other issues Google has had lately.. you never know when something is going to break so stuff like this happening out of nowhere makes me wary.

I didn't make any changes today, but have experienced similar last week. Sometimes it would take 30 minutes before going through, but when the expectation has been a few seconds it makes me get nervous.

Has a legit listing get suspended bc I updated a phone number. Took two weeks before they reinstated.

I'm pretty much on 'emergency edit only' mode at this point until Google fixes whatever issues they are having.
