Google Map Marking - Removing Or Marking A Road As Private

We have a customer who wishes to remove a private road from Google Maps. Is this even possible? It is a private entrance that they own. We have taken all the necessary steps to mark it as private but we have gotten nothing back from G Maps on it. Does anyone know if it's even possible to remove a road altogether? In this case, as I said it's a private road that they would prefer removed altogether but what are the options here? Has anyone had any experience attempting this? Any guidance would really be appreciated!
