I see a fiverr gig offering 3500 map citations for $5, look at Your Access To This Website Has Been Blocked - What is this strategy? Sellers do not seem to know any better either

What do they exactly do? Does it help ranking? Hurt ranking? No effect?

@Fahad Hassen Sounds like it's a tool that runs vs manual citation building, I would not suggest it as it looks scrappy.

They will normally play up on the PA & DA of the citation sites. While they are not lying, what is not mentioned is the Moz Spam Score of these sites. Therefore, you can ask them for a sample report. They'll happily oblige. From that little sample, you'll be able to gauge the quality of their work. All the best.
