Google marked listing as duplicate but its not

I have a client who's listing was marked as a duplicate listing of another building across the street. They have similar names and are run by the same management group. The listing that was marked as a duplicate was in the process of being verified. Does anyone know what next steps I should take to try to reverse the location from being marked as a duplicate.

I would contact GMB support and have them look into further.
