I work with a lawyer and they finally opened a Spanish version of their practice. They rented a small office space and have an intake person taking calls their every day. We're trying to get this new office verified with GBP but Google keeps denying our reinstatement requests.

We created the profile a few weeks ago and Google asked us to verify by phone, email, or video. We went with email because it was easiest and we got automatically suspended after putting in the verification code. We then submitted the documents it asked for via a reinstatement form. We submitted a lease agreement, internet bill and DBA. We got denied again.

We recently submitted another reinstatement request and got denied once again. This location does have the same phone number as the English version of the business so I'm wondering if that's messing with it. Also, it's technically the same domain but we have a Spanish version of the domain. So instead of abc.com, we are using abc.com/es/ for this GBP.

Does anyone have any tips to get a Spanish GBP verified? If submitting a video to start the process is easier for Google maybe I'll just restart with another GBP and throw this suspended profile to the side. I know it's possible because there are competitors of ours that are doing the same thing and have verified GBP's with addresses shown. Any help is much appreciated!

Having the same phone number and website probably a big factor here. GBP has attributes to add service language including spanish. So support might be thinking 2 profiles with 2 different service languages is not allowed.

You can add Spanish as language attribute to the main profile. A person taking calls in an office, so you can only create a profile for the Spanish language can be seen as misleading/deceptive to Google.
