Google Not Accepting Spanish Version of Business Name

I'm currently trying to add the Spanish version of my client's business name on their GBP's but Google is not accepting my edits. I took the following steps (see below). Is there a different way to do this that I should try? Once before I did try changing the language settings for my browser and that also didn't work. Have others had success or even failures doing this? Is my local guide level not high enough (currently at a 4)?

• Set language settings in Google maps to either ‪Español (España)‬ or ‪Español (Latinoamérica)‬
• Searched my client's GBP
• Suggested an edit to the GBP
• And filled out the second field with the Spanish version of the current business name (see image below)

you MUST have an English name set. Google won't let you save the edit otherwise.

I assume there is currently no Spanish name set at all? Names that start with multiple capitals can sometime become impossible to change although usually you get email as if the edit was successful and then the edit just is not applied).

These language changes are best done by contacting the support service
Also, entering the name depends on the language in which the company profile was created.

1. Suggest changes to the maps
2. Change the interface language and also update the name
3. Contact the GBP support

Yes there is an English name set, I removed it from the image for client confidentially purposes

And correct there is currently no Spanish name set.

Interesting on the business name with multiple capital letters, that's not the case with my client however.

Profile was originally created in the English language. Do you think Google would ever accidentally change the English business name with the Spanish variation instead of adding that Spanish variation in addition to the main English business name? I guess I should have more faith in their support team to not make that mistake but it's crossed my mind.
