Google posts are not being updated on Google websites

Hi, anyone else notice that Google posts are not being updated on Google business websites?

The last posts featured on Google websites seem to be up to the end of November.

This is a really useful feature for clients that use it, but then has the opposite effect if posts stop being updated and frozen up to November.

Any info about this? I was not able to find any.

the api applies to the photos as well. Either way we can still post and upload photos so not sure why they would not have this updated on the websites. You may want to nudge Joy to get clarification from Google.

@Niki my clients website is not getting updated with recent posts now!

Unfortunately I have not got anywhere with Google support so far. They just manually update the one that I flag as an example, but this does not fix the broken auto-update issue for posts/photos on the websites. Even less so for all other businesses with the same issue.

Let me try and escalate this in the Google product expert side. Can you start a thread and message me once posted. Include the case id you started.

The ticket I currently have open is 9-9194000033511 (the original one was 3-5799000033648 but this was closed by support and they opened the new one).

I see the thread. You are in good hands with Colan. Hopefully Google provides a solution or insight as to why its not publishing.
