There is something seriously wrong with Google's AI in regard to GBP posts. I have had posts rejected for 4 out 6 clients that I have tried posting for this week. Here is the latest violation:

✅ Sustainable Concrete Delivery - No Minimums!

Why pay for concrete you don't need? Our no-minimum delivery policy isn't just budget-friendly—it significantly reduces construction waste and conserves natural resources. Get exactly what your project requires, whether it's a small repair or larger pour.

Building a sustainable future, one precise pour at a time.

Can you seen ANY problem with this post?

A few possible thoughts:
  • Phone numbers are not allowed (which you don't have) but maybe the ai picked up on the words "Call Now" and flagged the post.
  • Those emoji things might also flag the system.
  • Any images added? Those could be an issue.
  • Duplicated Posts? Are the posts the same across multiple listings?
  • Google just being Google.

Unless Google changed their mind about Emojis (which have never been a problem before that I know of), it's probably the "call now" thing.

I've seen unexpected language run afoul of the post censor algorithm before. I remember we had trouble with content for a pest control client because posts talking about rodents mentioned (IIRC) urine and/or excrements and apparently that flagged the system too. Don't even get me started on our sex health client who specialized in things like clitoral hood reduction surgeries!
