Not sure if you guys caught this article by Google but it looks like they definitely are making some impressive efforts to fight spam on the organic front.

It's also interesting to see that they actually act on 65% of the spam reports that were sent in by users. I have submitted only a couple of those in the past and often wondered if anyone even looked at them.

I also thought it was great that they gave a shout-out to their Top Contributors.

I made a comment on the article and asked them to focus on GMB next :p

seeing those numbers, I can see why it can take them a little while to check the spam reports. Nearly half a million is a whole lot of spam to wade through.
