Google-wide brand accounts?

It's either Monday and I'm forgetting something obvious, or I had a really strange dream about Google a while ago and thought this was real. I swear I remember seeing something about a new kind of brand account you could make, so that you could add managers for all Google properties in one central place. So you could have the owner account at @brand.com, then add a manager and give them access to youtube, GMB, and whatever else you wanted, as a way of keeping things more neat and organized.

Was that a thing, or am I crazy?
