Googling Street Address Doesn't Return Business in SERP

One of our clients is complaining that when he is searching for the street address of his business in Google, neither his business name nor his website is coming up in SERP. What can we do about this?

Additional Info:

1- We created the GBP back in August 2021 and it is completely optimized.
2- He is just Googling the street address (without City and State)
3- We also have top citations live for the business at that address.
4- There used to be a music school at that street address but it is now closed. A few citations for the music school are appearing in SERP.
