My Customer is a Wellness Office with a Chiropractor, Wellness Coach, and two Massage Therapists. They are in a Medical Practices Building.

Review = "

I have a doctors office in the same building as them. I go every 2 weeks and have never seen anyone at their practice wearing a mask. They don't put one on to talk to customers either. This is inappropriate and irresponsible."

Suggestions??

As far as I can tell, yes Google is removing reviews that talk about masks, as Google considers it to be political in nature. Have you flagged it already?

That's good to know Colan, I wasn't aware of that. Anyone happen to know if Yelp is doing the same?

The Owner Flagged it over a week ago. No response.

Try flagging again. Google recently made some tweaks to the review flagging mechanism, and you should have received an email update after flagging. If you didn't, it's possible it was missed.
